Other than coming to town on the Zephyrs and Builder I cant say with 
authority how the Twin City transfers operated. But in Chicago and K. C. 
transfers 
were w/c lite returning home. That is the Q delivered cars to a foreign road 
and 
the crew went home w/c lite. The foreign crew delivered cars to the Q and they 
went home w/c lite.
