[CBQ] re: date of FW&D change

1951.  The nnual passes issued in 1951 by FW&D were of course printed 
as Ft Worth & Denver City as name change came later in the year so 
the 'City' part is cancelled by a rubber stamped double line thru it 
for 1951 passes issued later in the year.  A comparatively rare FW&D 
collectible among post-WWII Burlington passes as most annual passes 
are made up late the year before so are in the hands of the 
passholders by Jan. 1.  Gerald
