Spoor's CB&Q Color Guide to Freight and Passenger Equipment has a picture of 
CB&Q 96005 with vans CBQU 202030 and CBQU 202045.
While the 1966  Ownership, Age and Condition book lists Strick Van Containers 
they are in the 206317-206417 series ( they also note
9002-9101 as Bogies for Strick Containers) so the Q was in the Flexivan 
business from 1958 when this equipment was purchased but didn't
own any cars.  The 25 cars they did own were not purchased until1968 from 
St.Paul Car & Foundry.  I imagine the containers in the 202XXX
series came later as well.
The flat in question is Chinese Red and the vans are unpainted Aluminum.  I 
doubt they would be found in the passenger section of the OER
as I don't think the Q used them in passenger service as the Milwaukee Road and 
NYC and other roads did.
