Rupert and list,

You need a copy of "The Little Road: The Story of the Macomb Industry &
Littleton Railway." Published by Western Illinois University Libraries and the
College of Arts & Sciences. ISBN: 0-9777116-0-9. 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" 86 pages.
Approximately 36 illustrations and 16 maps.

Available from University Union Bookstore, 1 University Circle, Macomb IL
61455-1390. Phone (309) 298-1931. Pirce $10.95 plus shipping (they charged me
$6.95 to MD)

Biased review: You wouldn't think someone could find so much material about
such an obscure, unheard of, and long demised railroad. Very thorough and
complete. No, not 'Q' but somewhat surprising the 'Q' didn't buy it and extend
it on down the hill to Beardstown.

Nolen Null
