There is a horn/whistle group on Yahoo.  They would probably be the easiest
resource.  It is Horn_Whistle@yahoo......

  You might try the original horn manufacturer or their successor (I
  can't remember whose horns were supplied on the E units). They may
  still catalog the Q E unit horns.
