[CBQ] Review of Atlas-O BR Boxcar & 55 Ton Coal Hopper

FYI only.  I am not a dealor, vendor, or manufacturer.  Just 
generationg discussion of BR/CB&Q O-gauge models.

Last year, Atlas-O announced a 40' sliding door boxcar in their 
Trainman line in CB&Q Chinese red scheme.  Two road numbers.  MSRP 
is $40 (3-rail) and $43 (2-rail).  The website shows a model with 
r/n 63666, Everywhere West slogan, and "DF".  Due oue late spring.  

A month or so ago Atlas-O announced 55 ton steel sided 2-bay coal 
hoppers in BR/C&S in 4 road numbers.  These are die cast with coal 
loads.  Min. curves are O-31 (3-rail) and 24" radius (2-rail).  MSRP 
is $53 (3-rail) and $58 (2-rail).  Mineral red scheme with scripted 
Everywhere West.  Illustration is C&S #18067.  Due out 07/2006.  

Based on the info on he website and past offerings, these will 
probably be nice models.
