sI know this is an odd question for the Q forum but I have seen a very
impressive depth of knowledge of various railroad topics so here goes.
I am modeling the Aero Train and would like to know how the front head light
were used. There are 5 lights in a row on the nose, 4 white one red. How did
the UP or RI use the red light? Was it used for back up moves, when the brakes
were in emergency or both?
Finally, I have not been able to find a good photo of the rear car to
determine the number of lights. I know that there are 2 red lights centered
below the window but were there any others (back-up etc).
Thank you for your help.
Hank
