Also Charlie, if you add an extra car to the line-up, you would not 
want to disrupt the regular "line numbers" (i.e. CZ-16, CZ-15, CZ-14 
etc.) So when the resevation bureau gives you Bedroom E in CZ-15, 
you will always be just 2 cars away from the diner.  Only the folks 
in the Vista Dome Observation CZ-10 may have to walk a little 
further to the rest of the train with the introduction of additional 
cars or tour group pullmans.
