I'm trying to figure out how best to recreate suburban passenger
service on the Q in the early to mid 50's. I was wondering what would
work for the passenger cars.

I see that Con-cor offers bi-level passenger cars that THEY say
started in 1954, but I've seen other sources that say the Q started
using them in 1950. Anyway, are bi-levels like these what was being
used in the 50's? It seems like Budd cars would have been only for
long distance travel, not commuter traffic.

Or would older cars be more appropriate? Are there any sources for n
scale passenger cars from 1920's-1930's that were still in use into
the 50's?
