[CBQ] Four Ways West Books: Windy City to the Twin Cities BR/BN/BNSF

I just saw on Four Ways West's website that they have a new title 
available:

"Windy City to the Twin Cities: A Burlington Route / BN / BNSF Color 
Pictorial" by John Leonard.

Can anyone that has this book share their impressions with us?  How 
much of the book is CB&Q versus BN/BNSF ? What equipment, etc.
