Randy,

I am at the early planning stages of my layout and only wanted to 
confirm the basic "foot print". Space is at a premium so the 
dimensions are critical. 20' x 40' it is then - many thanks. 

On perusing the saltbox plans I notice there appears to be a lack of 
a washroom. I guess that means i'll have to knock-up an outhouse - I 
can't expect the agent to go without a WC!

Any files would be a great help.
