[BRHSlist] Baggage car lettering

Am ordering one of the forthcoming Silver Chargers from 
Railway Classics. I want to get some baggage cars for it to pull 
in a short train. I see they are doing BA-11, BA-12 and BA-15 
cars heavyweight cars. What are the differences between these 
and what are the time-periods for "Pullman Green with ribbon 
lettering" and "Pullman green with Railroad Roman" lettering.
