Here are a few photos I made in 1959 when my mother and I rode from
Brenham, Texas to Childress via Houston using the Santa Fe to
Houston then the Sam Houston Zephyr to Dallas and Texas Zephyr to
Childress. The photos were taken by my old reliable Kodak Brownie -
reliable yes, but you can't see a lot of details. The most
interesting shot is of an articulated car on the Texas Zephyr at the
station in Childress.
