Dear List,  someone from Canada has asked a question, "Why was the 
Kansas City Flyer" referred to as Old Eli?  I have now heard that this 
may refer to a dining car and/or train and now there is talk of a 
Pullman Parlor Car.  Can anyone shed some light on this? Bill
