Eric you are correct in assuming eastbound loads were moved to Ottawa for #86 to let them get a run at Wedron Hill. I'm not sure but believe the roustabout took west cars to Mendota. The best of intentions often didnt work and Wedron would have to doubled by #86 or in later days 11812.This double would only be a 25 miler. During the 70s we doubled to Serena.
