Another dumb question

I ran across this shot of the TCZ departing St. Paul.

Isn't that a Denver Zephyr obs on the rear? Did these cars pinch hit 
for Silver View and Silver Vista from time to time, or were they 
actually assigned to TCZ service for a bit?
