> I remember the famous statement that Menk made calling the Q the most over maintained railroad in the country. < Maybe that's why, when I chased/photographed the train from Burlington to Washington and back in 1973, I had to kill a lot of time. After 8 years of LM maintenance, almost the entire line was limited to 15 mph.
