I don't believe they do. I saw them Sunday and they had 20 plus sand cars and a 
few tank cars.

When ILL Railnet plodded thru Yorkville last night he had a grand total of 
six cars eastbound for Eola ! And 2 of those were mty spine lumber cars. Are 
they handing all the eastbound sand to CSXT at Ottawa?
