Bulletin #10 has a copy of the folio sheet, not a scale drawing. 

There is a drawing of the E-5 in Corbin's "Burlington in Transition"
that is reprinted from the Feb 64, RMC.

There is also a drawing in "Model Railroader Cyclopedia - Volume 2:
Diesel Locomotives"
