Any Burlington Bulletin from 1967 would be that put out by the CB&Q 
RR...That, if memory serves, was the name of the "house organ" of the Q. 

The BRHS did not come into existence until the 1970's and no Bulletins were 
printed until sometime in the 1980's.

If I'm wrong about this it won't be the first time. I believe that the 
searcher will have to get to someone who has the old CB&Q Burlington 
Bulletins.
