Does anyone know Bill Leider?
Bill did some beautiful 1/4" drawings of the NE-1 #14006 side door
waycar. The tile of the article is: The Burlington NE-1 Side Door
Caboose. Drawings: Bill Leider Photos: Bernard Corbin
The text starts on page 27. Pages 28-30 are drawings. Pages 26 and 31
include Corbin photos. There are no clues as to when the article was
published. No author is listed. Only Bill Leider and Bernard Corbin
