Just from a look at the pre-production shots of the model the big thing is
that it comes with the clear vision switcher tender (same tender as the 0-8-0
has). To my knowledge, any decent USRA 0-6-0 produced in the past - and I'm
thinking primarily of the Akane and Alco Models versions have regular USRA
road tenders.
Like the Proto 0-8-0, I'm thinking the 0-6-0 will make a perfect Burlington
steamer. Unfortunately, I never picked up any of the 0-8-0s --- anyone know
if any of those are still available at a price close to what they originally
cost?
