Ashland coaling tower?

AS a roundabout postscript to this thread, does anyone have a plan of the
Ashland coaling tower?

I tried a few years ago to locate a drawing of this tower, without success.
I learned from Kermit Craig that the tower was similar to the one at
Napier, MO but without scale pockets.
