Dr.Laughlin,

"Dinner in the Diner" contains 8 pages dedicated to the CB&Q, with both 
recipes and photographs of trains. Other roads in the book include AT&SF, 
MP, CRI&P, etc.

You'll find 27 recipes from Burlington dining cars.

The author is Will C. Hollister and it was published by Trans-Anglo Books. My 
copy is from the fifth printing in 1974. You should be able to find a copy 
from used Railroad book dealers.
