I created a new poll for the CD ROM question. Modifying the existing poll
causes votes to be lost.

For grins, please add to the poll the availability of having past issues
available on CD-Rom, possibly a couple of issues. Not knowing the legality
of things, it seems that if a member wanted to scan his own copy, it is
probably being done now.
