Waycar Collector

Another reason I think it was Smitty was that waycars in the terminal 
collected in 2 places(the w/c tracks near the east end depature yard(always Q 
ones) or at the ice platforms in 'd' yard(almost exclusively foreign ones) . 
Oh, yes a third spot was behind the yard office along Ogden Ave at the east 
end of 'd' yard. I seem to recall these as transfer w/cs.
