More BRHS Web Site changes

I uploaded some more changes to the BRHS web site tonight. 

The main frame now has a BRHS masthead with the Zephyr font, and I made
a bunch of changes to the About the BRHS page, rearranging, changing
fonts to a more "web friendly" typeface, etc. Please let me know what
you think about the changes. 

I plan to add some additional content to other pages this weekend. I'll
keep you posted as the changes are complete.
