The 09/2001 issue of TRAINS magazine has an ad on page 14 for a new 
book "Burlington Route - The Early Zephyrs" by Geofrey H. Doughty. 
The ad says it covers 1934 to the start of WWII, and that volume 2 
(due out in 2002) will cover WWII to 1971.
