Hi Bill and All,

Just to add a little more although it involves ex ATSF GP20's, The TP&W has 
been taken over by one of the short line holding companies. New equipment is 
replacing the GP20's. 

It is my understanding that New York, Susquehanna, and Western; which sold 
its interest in the TP&W; has taken title to the TP&W GP20's and they were 
shipped to their property. NYS&W has added three to its roster. I don't know 
what it is doing with the rest.
