The bi-levels also made it at least as far west as Minden, Nebraska. 
The July-August 1965 issue of the Burlington Bulletin shows at least
8 of them at Minden depot boarding Girl Scouts for a trip back to
Omaha.

Many, if not all of the bi-levels, probably also made at least one
trip to Lincoln, to be weighed.
