Eastern Car Works hoppers

Does anyone have Eric Mumper's email address or help me out with the Covered 
Hoppers I bought. The Eastern Car works instructions leave something to be 
desired. I am having trouble placing the brake gear and the bracket support 
for the bottom hopper doors. Any help would be appreciated.
